Every client has unique needs, and the fees reflect that. We’ll define your needs, how we can be of service to you, and then set a fee for service. We don’t bill by the hour, but by the job. And that’s generally determined by the number of loans you ask us to review. You pay half when the job begins as a retainer. The second and final installment is paid upon delivery of our work.
